In a word, Anything to do with your website and it’s content, these can regular updates to your pages, testimonials, news section, gallery or simply changes and updates to your sites overall look and current content including the re-arranging of menus, pages and page content. As long as you are within your monthly allotted admin time we will do it.
You’ll receive a report each month showing the maintenance works/updates that have been carried out and the time it took to complete, any remaining time (in increment’s of 15 mins) is carried over to the following month so you never lose out.. If you task us with a job that is likely to go over your available admin time by more than 30 mins we will inform you before work commences and bill you our maintenance customer discounted hourly rate of £35.
If you continue to go over your available admin time we will recommend that you move up to the next tier
As our clients will know we are not fans of minimum term contacts and services such as organic SEO, PPC and Social Media Marketing are all rolling contracts that can be cancelled at anytime even after just one month. However with website maintenance there is a minimum 3 months contract simply to stop people signing up for a single month to get discounted updates carried out then cancelling which has unfortunately happened in the past.
